Tucker Kelton is the Founder and Managing Partner of Camber Development, bringing his institutional real estate background along with local operational and investment experience to the company.  Tucker’s career in real estate has been marked by transaction-oriented positions, working on the acquisition, financing and repositioning of assets, at some of Boston’s most accomplished real estate companies including National Development, Beacon Capital Partners, and Boston Properties.

Tucker founded Camber to capitalize on the convergence of life science, advanced manufacturing and logistics properties, and the team has successfully acquired a multi-million square foot portfolio throughout Greater Boston. He has established Camber as a market leader in the innovative industrial real estate space and is passionate about growing the business, partnering with innovative companies, and delivering value for his investors.

As an active member of the Boston real estate community, Tucker is involved with NAIOP Massachusetts and the Urban Land Institute, and plays a leadership role with Heading Home, a local non-profit with the mission to end homelessness. Tucker supports his alma mater, Colby College, by serving on the Board of Visitors.  Outside of work, Tucker spends as much time as possible enjoying the mountains in Maine and Idaho with his wife, Liz, and their two children.

Dave Wilkinson joined Camber Development in March 2021 as Managing Partner. Dave serves a critical role in strategizing, analyzing, and executing on the firm’s investment and development strategy and ensuring the team is delivering to the highest standards.

Prior to Camber, Dave spent nine years at Tishman Speyer, most recently serving as Managing Director – Head of Boston Asset Management, Property Management, Development, and Leasing. In this role, he managed all aspects of the firm’s $3 billion real estate portfolio in Boston, developed the mixed-use Pier 4 project, and played a pivotal role in launching Tishman Speyer’s global life science venture, Breakthrough Properties. Prior to Tishman Speyer, Dave’s real estate career began in Acquisitions at Beacon Capital Partners.

Dave is a Board Member and member of the Executive Committee of A Better City (“ABC”), a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing Greater Boston’s economic health, competitiveness, equitable growth, sustainability, and quality of life for all communities. Dave holds a BA in mathematics and economics from Wesleyan University and can be found coaching his kids sports or on a north shore beach with his family when he is not working.

Katie Speede serves as Camber’s Chief Operating Officer and leads asset management for the portfolio. Through a diverse set of experiences including commercial and multifamily real estate, corporate sales and marketing, and general management, Katie brings a unique perspective that helps guide Camber’s portfolio strategy and business decisions.

Prior to joining Camber, Katie led acquisitions, asset management and project management and served as Principal for an entrepreneurial multi-family investment firm. She has also held positions at Boston-based Beacon Capital Partners and Colliers International, where she underwrote office, industrial and development deals in excess of $1B. Katie’s general management experience includes 3 years at Microsoft Corporation in their Cambridge, MA and London, England offices focused on marketing, sales and operations.

A Brown University alumna, she holds an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. Katie is an active member of CREW and NAIOP Massachusetts and values connecting with friends and colleagues through these organizations. Residing west of Boston, Katie cherishes time with her husband and two boys, and can often be found on the sideline of a field or a court somewhere on weekends.

John Eder is Camber Development’s Vice President of Investments, bringing expertise across all major commercial asset types in the Greater Boston real estate investment market. John manages all new investments through the full deal life cycle, including sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, financing, asset management and disposition. With a track record encompassing over $4.2 billion in closed transactions, John is a seasoned and accomplished professional in the field.

Prior to joining Camber, John was Vice President in JLL’s Capital Markets Group. At JLL he led high-stakes transactions involving office, life science, industrial, land, and redevelopment opportunities, orchestrating transactions for private and institutional clients alike. Before his tenure at JLL, John was a Financial Analyst within CBRE’s Capital Markets Group, where he played a pivotal role in deal analysis, valuation and due diligence for commercial properties across New England.

John’s passion for real estate, stemming from his fascination with the built environment and design, is bolstered by his BA in Economics from Colby College, complemented by a minor in Art and Architecture. John embraces adventures like skiing, fishing, and biking.  Additionally, John is an avid racquet sport player.

Brandon Nelson joined Camber Development as Vice President of Development in 2022. With a robust background in project and development management spanning various asset types, Brandon oversees all phases of Camber’s development projects including due diligence, entitlements, design development, budget and schedule management, construction administration, and more. Brandon leverages his technical expertise as a trained structural engineer to drive projects from inception to completion.

Previously, Brandon honed his skills at The HYM Investment Group, spearheading large-scale mixed-use redevelopments including multifamily, commercial, and senior living projects.  While at HYM, he was responsible for managing developments from feasibility through design and construction on behalf of both private and institutional clients. Prior to HYM, Brandon held roles at Northstar Project Management, DeSimone Consulting Engineers, and Dewberry.

Brandon holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He resides in Boston with his wife and two children, cherishing outdoor activities and exploring new hobbies. In the summer, Brandon enjoys kiteboarding, golfing, and fly fishing in Maine, while winters find him skiing across New England.

Steven Morganelli joined Camber Development in 2022 as a Senior Analyst. Steve leads the day-to-day asset management essential to running the Camber portfolio across business areas such as property management, lease analysis, capital projects and property accounting. Steve has experience with diverse asset classes ranging from Office and Industrial to Retail and Hospitality.

Prior to joining Camber, Steve served as a Property Accountant for the RMR Group, a national institutional real estate asset management company. While at RMR Group, Steve ran the REIT Portfolios overseeing fixed asset accounting, deal execution, and provided pivotal support during annual budgeting and reprojection cycles. Steve began his career in commercial real estate as a Property Manager for Rubicon Real Estate where he worked alongside ownership to run a retail portfolio of 1.5 million sqaure feet.

Steve holds a BA in Finance and an MBA from Endicott College in Beverly, MA where he was a 5-year student athlete playing Baseball for the Gulls.  Steve lives west of Boston with his wife and golden retriever.  He competes in a men’s baseball league outside of Boston and loves golfing and spending time near the lakes and mountains of Maine.

Brittany Wigdor joined Camber in 2024 as the company’s Controller. In her role, Brittany is responsible for managing the finance, accounting, and treasury functions of the company. Her purview includes overseeing all third-party property accounting, corporate, and development accounting.

Prior to joining Camber, Brittany served as Controller for The Fallon Company, a Boston based developer. At Fallon, Brittany oversaw the accounting function and was responsible for corporate accounting as well as accounting for all development and predevelopment projects. She began her career working in public accounting for a small firm and it was there that she was introduced to the real estate world and decided to make the move from public accounting to the real estate industry.

Brittany, a certified public accountant (CPA), earned her bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College before furthering her education with a Master’s in Accounting from Northeastern University. Brittany lives south of Boston with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and going to the beach.
